About the speaker:
Randall was recruited after graduation by SmartCentres, Canada’s largest real estate developer, in the firm's Emerging Leadership Development program. There he honed his understanding of the complete real estate development process. Since co-founding Perspective Group in 2011, Randall has leveraged this knowledge to create innovative investment and development strategies for his own account and for third-party investors. He holds an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate.
