This week Concordia is offering several events to support students coping with the recent tragedy in Iran.

Art Hive

Concordia’s Art Hive on the Sir George Williams Campus will host special community hives for those affected by the recent tragedy in Iran, and who would like to share or express their thoughts and feelings through art, poetry and storytelling. All supplies will be provided. The hives will be facilitated by Hanieh Tohidi and offered in Farsi.

Zen Den

Counselling and Psychological Services is offering an open forum for students who are mourning the loss of friends or family, or who are struggling to cope with the recent plane crash in Iran. Please feel free to drop in anytime. Noreen Gobeille and Debora Rabinovich, counsellors in Counselling and Psychological Services, as well as Shadi Asadollahi, project coordinator in the Student Success Centre, will facilitate the forum.
