Peer-to-peer reflection

As finals approach and the term winds down, it’s easy to get caught up in the chaos. But don’t forget to take breaks. A short walk or some time in the sun can recharge your energy and help keep your mind sharp.

With all the deadlines and stress, be kind to yourself. Prioritize self-care and make time for those little breaks. A bit of sunshine and fresh air can go a long way in helping you stay focused and ready for finals.

Good luck!
