21st Century Diplomacy: The Challenges and Opportunities Diplomats Face in the Digital Age
Co-organised by l’Institut d’études internationales de Montréal (IEIM) at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and the Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies (MIGS) at Concordia University, this conference aims to discuss the challenges faced by state actors.
