Post acquisition workstation containing state of the art image processing softwares:
- Fiji (Fiji is Just ImageJ)
- Imaris (3to5D analysis for surface rendering, co-localization and tracking)
- Autoquant: Deconvolution software. Ratiometric and FRET analyses can also be performed
We have also deployed ML-assisted workflows for image processing such as Content-Aware-Image-Restoration (CARE), image blind de-noising (Noise2Void), the yeastSpotter neural net and more.
Imaris
Imaris software is perfect for rendering and analysing 3-Dimensional data, allowing the transformation of raw raster data from the microscope into vectorised data. It also can be used to make pretty animations to impress your fellow researchers!
CARE Network

The CARE network can be trained on pairs of high and low SNR images to allow researchers to increase the SNR of images captured in a low SNR regime (i.e. to prevent phototoxicity, or enhance speed)
Deconvolution
Deconvolution is a powerful technique to increase the resolution of microscope images by removing out-of-focus light using mathematical techniques based on the optical properties of the imaging system.
