Claudine Mangen, Director
Associate Professor in the Department of Accountancy and RBC Professor in Responsible Organizations
As Director, Claudine is responsible for actualizing the vision of the Centre. Her primary areas of research and teaching are focused on corporate governance. She studies actors involved in corporate governance (e.g., directors, shareholders, executives) and analyzes the practices that characterize corporate governance (e.g., board appointments, executive compensation, disclosure decisions). Her research has been published in academic journals including the Journal of Accounting Research, Human Relations, European Accounting Review and Academy of Management Perspectives, and it is funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
