Are you looking to make a lasting difference at Concordia? Want to help first-year students connect with their Concordia community? Do you want to support students in their growth as they transition to university life? Are you looking to develop and enhance your leadership skills through meaningful employment?

Concordia’s Residence Life department is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate role models to be resident assistants (RAs) for the 2020-21 academic year.

The primary responsibility of an RA is to facilitate the growth and development of their residence community while helping students achieve their academic, social and personal goals through creative and educational programming. Additionally, they are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and welcoming community.

RAs work on a team, under the supervision of a manager, as part of the Residence Life department. To support their learning and development, RAs are offered a variety of training and professional development opportunities throughout their year in residence.

Have questions? E-mail kaeleigh.dermo@concordia.ca and apply online before Monday, January 20.
