Associate Professor Vivek Venkatesh will be giving a keynote talk in Helsinki on November 19, 2015 organized by the Ministry of the Interior of Finland and the Embassy of Canada to Finland. Venkatesh's will speak on the topic of social pedagogy and inclusive adoption of mobile and digital media to combat online hate and present case studies from the Canadian SOMEONE (Social Media Education Every Day) initiative.
