In this episode of the Iron Ring, we have Dr. Ann-Louise Howard, Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Human Sciences at Concordia University. With her past experience in high-tech sectors, more specifically the fields of engineering, program management, ethics, and organizational development, she shifted to the world of Academia to research Canadian women engineers' experiences in the workplace.
Hosts Emilia Ventulieri, Alexandra Gelastopoulos, and Srabanti Mazumdar will discuss how Dr. Ann-Louise Howard's industry experiences impacted her research, what findings she discovered, and what the future holds for future women engineers.
