Workshop/Tour Facilitator

Alec is an interdisciplinary artist working in education and specializing in digital fabrication, critical making, and using design with the intent to learn. Guided by his experiences integrating design activities in a school fabrication lab, his work examines the hidden spaces and accidental discoveries that emerge from creative technical practices. Alec's MDes research and creation should spark dialogue about design as a model for experiential learning in the 21st Century where creativity, curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking are concerned.
