Susan E. Reid is a retired professor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Williams School of Business, Bishop’s University. Her teaching, research and community service interests lie at the intersection of marketing, innovation and user design, with an in-depth focus on the topic of vision, particularly for older adults and entrepreneurs.
Reid has been a keynote speaker locally and internationally, speaking about the Power of Vision, and was a contributor to Forbes.com from 2015 to 2016. She is currently spending her retirement writing, travelling and sharing her journey with others.
