Your health is arguably your greatest resource – during school and after! The things you do day-to-day have a tremendous impact on your health, and in turn, on your academic success. Some behaviours can make your health–and your grades–better; some make it worse.

In this workshop you will learn about the health behaviors that offer the greatest benefits. These include healthy eating, getting plenty of good-quality sleep and a few others that you may find surprising. You will learn the latest recommendations on these healthy habits and ways to fit them into your grad student life.

Learning Objectives

In this workshop you will:
1- Review the behaviors that have the greatest impact on your health
2- Draw the link between health behaviours and academic success
3- Learn the latest recommendations for healthy living
4- Find ways to fit healthy living into your student life

This workshop is being offered through Grad Pro Skills for Concordia graduate students, but as there is space remaining, you are invited to join us; we will all learn together!

Call x. 4326 or e-mail to register.  You can also just show up and join the workshop if there are spaces available. Maximum 25 participants.
