Did you know that outbreaks of vaccine-preventable illnesses are happening on Canadian and U.S. campuses every week?

Many Concordians are missing vaccines. You are more likely to get and spread these infections if you are missing vaccines. Make sure your vaccines are up-to-date to stay healthy all year long!

Perhaps you’re due for a tetanus booster (every 10 years to help prevent infection), you need a cocoon vaccine (to protect a baby you’re in contact with), you have questions about some of the new vaccines that are available, you're going to be traveling this summer, or you’re an international student, wondering if you are protected against illnesses that are common in Canada. And did you know that there are vaccines against two sexually transmitted infections?

Whatever your concern, Health Services can help!

Drop by to see a nurse any time we're open, or book an appointment (ext. 3565) to discuss your questions and concerns. Your vaccine booklet or any information you can gather about your vaccine history will help the nurse determine what you need, but if you can't find it, don't worry, we can still get you up-to-date!
