Concordia faculty are actively engaged in cutting-edge academic research about Israel in a wide range of areas, including political institutions; the peace process; media and communications; religious, gender and diasporic identities; the Holocaust.

Israel Studies research & subject guide

In collaboration with Concordia University Library, the Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies has created the Israel Studies Research and Subject Guide, a new online tool designed to facilitate Israel research.  The guide to provides access to books, journals and articles in Concordia's database, as well as links to other libraries with Israel-related material.

Institute Library

The Azrieli Institute of Israel Studies has created an Israel studies research library in the Samuel Bronfman building.  The books and journals are in English, French and Hebrew and cover a range of topics, such as Religion, Political Science, History, Holocaust and Languages.  The library is made possible through Institute purchases, Concordia University academics and others from around the world, the Azrieli Foundation, the Canadian Jewish Archives, the Montreal Jewish Public Library, various publishers, and people who are connected to the Institute.
