Peer-to-peer reflection

Let’s anchor together for a minute:

  1. Position your body seated on a chair or on the floor, or standing if that's most comfortable.
  2. Notice the surface that is supporting your body right now. It could be the floor beneath your feet or the chair that you are sitting on.
  3. Imagine roots growing from your body deep into the earth, allowing any tension in your body to start decomposing into the earth.
  4. Allow the earth to hold you, and stay here as long as you like.

You can return to this short practice throughout the day when you need to take a mini-break.

“If I allow one single thought of outcome to rear its head, the truth of the moment dies.” - Joan Halifax
