In this webinar, Gina Rubinsky, BA 89, will share actionable, mindful practices that you can use any time to cope with everyday stress.
Gina Rubinsky is a registered Montreal-based psychologist in private practice, mindfulness-based stress reduction facilitator and certified kripalu yoga teacher. She has specialized in stress management for the last 20 years in Montreal and Ottawa.
Gina supports individuals in their search to connect with their own inner strengths, resources, resiliency, compassion and wisdom.
She created Living Arts in 2000, which provides mindfulness-based psychotherapy, yoga and meditation classes, mindfulness-based stress reduction programs, meditation retreats and workshops.
