Introductory program

The introductory program is designed with simple exercises that will accommodate your basic needs. This option is perfect for all members — especially if you're new to weightlifting — and includes:

  • A personalized program
  • One session with a personal trainer

Personal training packages

Sessions are 60 minutes each. Get a volume discount when buying multiple sessions at once.
