Graduate programs

The Department of Mathematics & Statistics offers two graduate-level programs: a Master of Arts/Master of Science (Mathematics & Statistics) and a Doctor in Philosophy (Mathematics & Statistics). The Master in the Teaching of Mathematics (MTM) is currently closed.  More information about our programs are found in the links below.

Because we are a member university of the ISM (Institut des sciences mathématiques), our MA/MSc and PhD students have the opportunity to register for courses in any of the four universities in Montreal, thereby having a wider selection of courses to take within their programs.  Information about our course offerings and about registering for courses in another university is found on our course offerings link.

For enquiries concerning the status of an application, or for other administrative questions, contact the Graduate Program Assistant at grad.mathstat@concordia.ca. For more details on individual applications, contact Dr. Lea Popovic
