Concordia University Conference Centre
Housed at Sir George Williams campus in the heart of downtown Montreal, Concordia’s new University Conference centre opened its doors in Fall 2017. Located on the 9th floor of the John Molson building, the new space will provide multi-functional, state-of-the-art facilities to the entire Concordia community.
Under the direction of Hospitality Concordia, the new centre will feature seven meeting rooms and a beautiful lobby to accommodate cocktail receptions, banquets, conferences, meetings, and more. The new facilities will feature great views of the city and a contemporary design.

Room A and B combined. Seating capacity is 64 in a conference configuration, 70 in a classroom/workshop configuration, up to 90 in a theatre/banquet configuration and 140 for receptions.
Seating capacity for the entire Concordia University Conference Centre is 280 in a theatre configuration, 260 in a banquet configuration and 280 for receptions.
Room A, B, C and D combined. Seating capacity is 130 in a classroom/workshop configuration and 170 in a banquet configuration.
Room E and G combined. Seating capacity is 28 in a conference configuration, 24 in a classroom/ workshop configuration, 40 in a theatre configuration, 30 in a banquet configuration and 60 for receptions.
Room E, F and G combined. Seating capacity is up to 40 people in a conference configuration, 54 in a workshop configuration, up to 90 in a theatre/banquet configuration and 180 for receptions.
Room F. Seating capacity is 12 in a U-shape configurations, 20 in a conference configuration, 30 in a classroom/workshop configuration, 50 in a theatre configuration, 60 in a banquet configuration and 120 for receptions.
