- Coordinate the Master of Engineering in Aerospace program

- Advise prospective and current Master of Applied Science, Master of Engineering and Graduate Certificate students on their course requirements, deadline dates and academic progress
- Prepare and submit documentation for the Curriculum Tracking System (Graduate)

- Guide prospective and current students regarding programs, courses, registration and polices
- Work with the Institute for Co-operative Education to help Co-op students maintain acceptable standing and follow the determined course sequence
- Process ENGR 411 Technical Reports, ENGR 412 Honors Research Projects and Mechanical option selections
- Provide information to all faculty members regarding student-related regulations and issues
- Provide assistance to the Undergraduate Program Directors as required
- Prepare and submit documentation for the Curriculum Tracking System
- Liaise with the examinations office for final exams, deferrals, supplementals, and any other special circumstances
- Maintain and update the department website to ensure all items are current
