  • Tuesdays, 2:45pm-5:15pm
  • Online: Access through Moodle
  • Instructor: Alex Tigchelaar

In Visual Culture in Canada 1960s to the Present, students will learn how marginalized and criminalized populations have used the arts as an apparatus for social change. Through a selection of texts, actions, films, art works, and personal records of those involved in social justice movements, students will learn both the histories and ongoing struggles of creative activists in Canada.
