Ordering First aid supplies

Departments who would like to order first aid kits or supplies can now directly order from the Office supply procurement catalog in Unity.

Step 1: Access My Purchase Requisitions on Unity.

Step 2: Click on the “Office supplies and accessories” tile.

Step 3: Click on the “Staples catalog for Concordia University” tile.

Step 4: Click on the “Buy from supplier” tile.

Step 5: Add the items you need to your cart, check-out and submit your purchase order. Your order will be sent to Staples Professional for delivery and invoicing.

For specialised items such as complete CNESST approved first aid kits, you can consult EMRN, a trusted, Montreal based supplier of first aid equipment and supplies. The CNESST recommends the CAN/CSA Z1220-17 standard First Aid Kit type 2 for 2-25 workers.

As a reminder, Security (514-848-3717) responds with complete first aid kits to all medical calls. For this reason, departments are not obligated to have their own First Aid kits. However, having certain medical supplies on hand is recommended.
