The OH Research Group is a strong and highly-productive research program in the field of polymer chemistry and materials with an emphasis on synthesis and applications at the crossroad of biology and materials science.
Research
Our work for the development of novel polymer-based (nano)materials spans three key areas:
- Smart biomaterials and nanocarriers for drug delivery
- Polymer–nanoparticle hybrids and imaging platforms for cancer diagnosis and treatment
- Advanced self-healing, reprocessable materials with applications ranging from longer-lasting plastics to energy harvesting and storage
