Booking a study room in the MB Building

In order to better support students during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the process of booking study rooms in the MB Building has changed. Beginning this Fall 2021 semester, all bookings will be done online. Study rooms can be reserved for a period of up to 3 hours, Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 9 AM to 9 PM. Please note that you must be currently enrolled and attending a John Molson course in order to book a study room. Students not currently taking a John Molson course are unable to book a room in the MB Building.

To book a John Molson study room, please visit the reservation website, or, if you are on campus, simply scan the QR code outside of the study rooms to access the reservation system. Once your booking request is submitted, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

By booking a study room, you are agreeing to adhere to the following rules:

  • All study rooms now have a maximum capacity of two people per room (while maintaining a one metre distance)
  • A procedure mask must be worn at all times
  • No eating or drinking is permitted
  • You must leave the study room at the time that your booking has finished

Please note that neither John Molson or Concordia University is responsible for any theft or damage to personal property. Booking rights may be removed if students are found to contravene safety guidelines.

We wish you a successful and studious term.
