The SHIFT Social Transformation Fund (STF) is designed to support community-driven projects that address systemic challenges and are led by a multi-stakeholder team.

We would love to hear from you if your project:

• Tackles a significant community-identified issue related to inequity, injustice and unsustainability;
• Makes a tangible impact on the system it is seeking to transform;
• Connects to Concordia through teaching, learning, research or student life.

Select the stream that will best support your efforts for systemic change:

• Implementation stream: Receive $15,000 to run a project for the first time or to repeat it and measure its impact.
• Impact stream: Receive $30,000 to repeat a project with demonstrated contribution to systems change or deepen its impact.

1. Complete the self-assessment form and meet with a SHIFT staff; 
2. Submit your application by filling the online form, and if selected; 
3. Provide additional documentation and meet with the jury.
