In partnership with on-campus and external experts, GradProSkills empowers Concordia graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to engage with community resources, optimize their graduate school experience and equip themselves to realize their professional and academic goals. Core to our values, we also hire a team of dynamic graduate students to share and grow their graduate school experience.

GradProSkills is currently recruiting doctoral students for the 2026-2027 Doctoral Peer Mentorship Program.
If you are passionate about mentorship, community building and supporting fellow PhD students, we encourage you to apply.
As a Doctoral Peer Mentor, you’llhelp first-year doctoral students navigate their transition to graduate studies through mentorship circles, check-ins, learning events and community-building activities.
To qualify for this program, you must be enroled in a Concordia PhD program from August 2026 to July 2027 and be in good academic standing.
