In partnership with on-campus and external experts, GradProSkills empowers Concordia graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to engage with community resources, optimize their graduate school experience and equip themselves to realize their professional and academic goals. Core to our values, we also hire a team of dynamic graduate students to share and grow their graduate school experience.

GradProSkills is recruiting four doctoral peer mentors for a new initiative at the School of Graduate Studies designed to support the successful transition of first-year PhD students at Concordia University.
If you want to expand your leadership and mentorship skills while positively impacting the graduate student experience, we encourage you to apply. You must be a PhD student in good academic standing at Concordia, have completed your comprehensive exams by July 31, 2025, and be enroled in a Concordia graduate program from August 2025 to May 2026.
