Opportunities for students
Within the PERFORM Centre building, which is managed by the School of Health, university students can receive hands-on learning opportunities from a multidisciplinary setting composed of nine research labs.
Established internships
Students — whether they are enrolled in professional-quality internships or research assistantships — get the opportunity to work directly with researchers and professionals who are on the cutting edge in their field.
Athletic Therapy Clinical internship
The School of Health manages an athletic therapy clinic open to the general public. This unique clinic is staffed by internship students under the supervision of certified athletic therapists. This internship opportunity is open to students from any recognized accredited program.
Clinical Exercise Physiology internship
Students enrolled in a Clinical Exercise Physiology internship at Concordia University acquire hands-on learning through their active participation at the School's fully-equipped gym, specialized community programs and individualized fitness programs.
All internship students are under the supervision of certified exercise physiologists.
Specialized internships
The School of Health is open to internship opportunities with faculties and departments from across Concordia. We work with departments and faculties to develop specialized internships to meet student needs and interests.
