ART VOLT COLLECTION

Modeled as a lean startup, the Art Volt Collection (AVC) is a professional, juried sales and rental marketplace for recently graduated artists from Concordia’s Faculty of Fine Arts. It provides cohort-based training on the basics of building a commercial career, while connecting artists with collectors interested in up-and-coming talent. The AVC features artists and their work on a professional online gallery, and builds publics by brokering art sales and rentals through an e-commerce interface with minimum overhead costs, while ensuring the tracking and preservation of artworks for posterity.
