Your employee's mandatory web accessibility training remains incomplete

This is to inform you that you have an employee whose AEM access is being revoked for not having completed the web accessibility training. ##employee## The training was announced to AEM publishers in May 2022 and reminders were sent June 20, October 31, November 14 and December 1. As a supervisor of someone with AEM access, you may have received a message on January 10, 2023, which proposed cutting access as of January 30. We are in fact making the access-removal request on Wednesday, March 29. Our requirement of a 100% pass rate is integral to making and keeping our website concordia.ca compliant with web accessibility standards, which is a legal requirement of the university. To this end, we are removing access from those who cannot demonstrate a solid understanding of web accessibility. Should you feel this is in error, kindly reply before 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning to avoid interruption to your employee's AEM access. We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that the user agreement you signed includes the responsibility of telling us when an employee leaves your department or the university.
