Don't share your login!

We remind all AEM users that your computer passwords and login credentials are yours and yours alone, and are not to be shared with ANYONE. As noted in Article 6 of university policy VPS-30, you are personally responsible or any damage resulting from sharing your account information.

New users must be trained before getting access to AEM.

Using assets in the DAM that aren't yours

Having trouble updating a page that says an asset (or more) is out of date? If you activate a page and AEM says an existing asset needs to also be pushed live but you don't have access to do so, don't sweat it: The asset will remain on your page either way. 

Sidekick stuck?

If you find your sidekick (the box of options with the green bar at top) is frozen at the top of your browser, hover your mouse over the top of it as if to resize it, and drag it downwards, away from the browser frame.
