Meet the Brucebo residents

We are happy to introduce Snack Witch Joni Cheung and Ioana Dragomir, the residents of this year’s first edition of the Brucebo Residency.

This one-month residency on the island of Gotland in Sweden, is presented in collaboration with the Brucebo Foundation, and aims to support two visual artists in the development of their research-creation practices within a unique context.

Meet the Ateliers de la pierre resident

We are happy to introduce the resident of the first edition edition of the Ateliers de la pierre residency. The artist Rose de la Riva will explore the architectural motif of chimeras—these decorative stone creatures—and their symbolic role in protecting buildings from evil spirits.

The residency takes place from September 8 to October 30 at the Ateliers de la pierre du Québec.
