To all AEM authors with content in Cspace, The UCS web team would like to update you on the Concordia Hub's progress, a UCS/IITS/Digital strategy collaboration. To recap, the Concordia Hub is a multiphase project consisting of Student Hub and the Faculty & Staff Hub. The overall objective is to improve user experience by creating seamless and secure access to personalized and relevant information through a single sign-on. A major part of the project is the overhaul and redesign of Cspace. We plan to improve navigation, provide easier access to resources and create a more engaging user experience. Here's the plan breakdown:
The content audit (step 2) is currently underway. This systematic analysis of all content will determine what needs to be updated, consolidated or deleted. As an AEM author, your editing access extends to the following section(s) in Cspace: ##path## This message has been sent to all the users within your unit(s): ##unitname##. Therefore, we are reaching out to AEM authors to learn about the impact the content audit will have on your respective units and work closely with you on essential changes. To better understand how your unit manages this site and identify key contacts, please fill out this short survey by next Monday, March 7. Upon receiving your response, the Concordia Hub project team will follow up with you shortly. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact michael.cardillo@concordia.ca. Thank you for your cooperation. We are extremely excited to share this new development with all Concordia faculty and staff! |
