Hi [First name],

The Shuffle is Concordia’s annual 6.5 km walkathon, where faculty and staff come together to walk from Sir George Williams Campus to Loyola Campus while raising funds in support of students and programs across the university. We celebrate at the finish line with a picnic!

Last year, Concordians came together to raise over $241,000, supporting more than 40 funds across student awards, services and departmental initiatives. That impact is what makes the Shuffle such a meaningful tradition.

This year’s Shuffle takes place on September 25 at 12:30 p.m., and it’s a great opportunity to bring your team together outside the office, support students and show Concordia pride.

Here are a few ways to get your team involved:

  • Launch a match pledge and share it (e.g., “$10 for every Shuffler from [team name]”). It’s a fun way to spark participation!
  • Create a team and encourage people to join you. Invite colleague at meetings, in emails or around the office.
  • Promote our fundraising challenges, where top-performing teams can earn bonus funds for the causes they’re supporting.
Register for the Shuffle

Thanks for leading the way and making the Shuffle a highlight of the year,

Alexandra Louridas

PS: Ready to launch your match pledge? Reply to this email with your name, pledge amount and how you want to set it up (e.g., “$10 for every Shuffler from [team name]”).
