REMINDER to AEM publishers; first notice to their supervisors

If you are receiving this message for the first time, you have an employee reporting to you* who has not completed the mandatory web accessibility training in Moodle. The web accessibility training is a mandatory requirement for all new and existing web publishers using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The training was announced to publishers in May 2022 and reminders were sent June 20, October 31, November 14 and December 1. Please help us achieve a 100% pass rate for all publishers. Any AEM publisher who fails to complete the mandatory training will have their access removed and will no longer be able to update the university websites. Should this be an integral duty of their position, kindly instruct them to complete the training immediately to enjoy uninterrupted access to AEM. Access will be revoked on Monday, January 30. If access is no longer required, it can be relinquished to avoid receiving further reminders – simply reply to this message to advise us. Web accessibility is a legal requirement of the university's website. The web team worked very hard to make the training as simple and concise as possible for all AEM publishers. Please remember that you* signed a user agreement to follow the university's AEM publisher guidelines, either as the publisher or the supervisor. If your area's AEM privileges must be maintained, please see that the training is completed as soon as possible. The web team
