Health and Wellness: A brand new web presence

Our new Health & Wellness subsite is here! This reinvented space brings together all facets of health and wellness into a new single entry point for students, staff and faculty. It encompasses a range of topics and services, including medical care, mental health, health promotion, tele-medicine and community support. 

Student Groups: From iframe to Wow! 

The list of student groups that was available through an iframe is now enabled through custom AEM components. The development allowed us to present our student groups in a more engaging way.

Main event calendar change

The event categories on the main calendar – enabled by the event taxonomy in the backend – was changed to better reflect our event offerings and activities.

Easy image resize

AEM does not allow images that are larger than 5MB or 1920px (width or height). Easy Image Resize is a free, online application that is as simple as a drag and drop. 

Writing good Alt Text for accessibility and SEO

Including Alt Text with images is one of the first things you need to do to ensure that your content is accessible. Not only does this help users with visual disabilities but good Alt Text can also be effective in making your content more friendly for search engines.
