The Graduate & Professional Schools Fair provides an opportunity for educational recruiters to showcase their graduate and professional programs. Share information about your institution, the benefits of your programs and how to apply to your school with our undergraduate and graduate students.

This fair provides the occasion to connect with our students and get them interested in continuing their education with you!

Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration: $225+ PST/GST (until August 16, 2019)
Regular Registration Fee: $300 + PST/GST (as of August 17, 2019)

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment by cheque must be received by September 6, 2019.

Should you wish to cancel your registration, please contact us before September 2, 2019 to receive a reimbursement.


  • Kiosk area is approximately 6' by 6'
  • A draped 6ft x 4ft table and two chairs
  • Access to Internet (Please indicate upon registration)
  • Access to electrical outlets (Please bring extension cords/power bars if you require more than 2 outlets)
  • Light lunch, snacks and beverages throughout the afternoon.
  • Organization name and link on the CAPS website
