GPWL960 - Intro to Yoga for Grads

This workshop is designed as an introduction to practicing yoga. Regular practice of yoga can help you build both body strength and flexibility which can lead to increased physical and mental well being.

Make sure to wear some comfortable clothing as you will actually do physical activity. Please bring a lock so you can use the locker facilities at Le Gym for your personal belongings.

This workshop takes place at Le Gym (EV S2.206) in Studio C.

Learning Objectives

During this workshop, you will learn the basics of yoga in spiritual techniques and practices that are geared to integrate the mind, body and spirit. The goal is to build strength through fitness as well as relaxation, this is achieved by each individual participant in their own sell reflection.

Leaders Information

This workshop will be led by one of the gym's qualified personal trainers.
