GPSC405 - 2020 Concordia Three Minute Thesis and Project Competition Orientation Session

Do you want learn how to communicate your thesis or project in a compelling and clear way? Participating in the Three Minute Thesis™ and Project Competition is a perfect opportunity to receive individual coaching on how to effectively communicate your work.

The 2020 Concordia competition will take place on Friday, March 27, 2020. We are seeking graduate students who are ready to embrace this rewarding challenge. The competition is open to both Masters and Doctoral students in both thesis and non-thesis programs.

Prizes will be awarded and the top presenters and two students will be selected to represent Concordia at regional and national competitions.

Interested students must sign-up for one of these orientation sessions, where they will learn details about the requirements of the competition and receive initial coaching. Students can attend the orientation session before choosing if they will participate in the coaching and final competition.

Learning Objectives

In this workshop, students will learn more about the 2020 Concordia Three Minute Thesis™ and Project Competition and determine if they wish to participate. In addition, they will receive some initial coaching and practice their presentation skills.
