Soft skills are quickly displacing technical hard skills as the most important consideration for employers seeking to hire a new employee. Luckily, graduate school offers many opportunities to develop the kinds of soft skills that are necessary for professionals in all fields. Learn what soft skills are, why they are important, how to develop them and how to communicate your skills to potential employers.
