GPCB594 - Intro to Start-Up Customer Discovery

If you’re looking to build a company or develop your own side projects, understanding how to talk and empathize with customers is an essential ability. This session will provide you with the opportunity to practice this entrepreneurial skill and help you understand how it applies to many aspects of both start-up and professional life. By learning how to ask questions and truly listen for answers, you will learn how to extract powerful insights that can propel your ideas forward and bring them to life.
