Robert Daniel Ball Memorial Award

This scholarship was established in 1999 in memory of Robert Daniel Ball, a student of Music at Concordia University. Robert Daniel Ball was a remarkable individual who never let his illness get him down; he always maintained a sense of self-worth and optimism. The award is open to deserving full-time students in their third year who have demonstrated a sensitivity to the world in some notable fashion, either by helping others or through overcoming some personal obstacle. Applications must be accompanied by two letters of reference from full-time or part-time faculty in the Department of Music and a brief essay detailing how the above criteria is met.
