Global warming is a global crisis that will require changes across all facets of our societies. Effective solutions must be informed by scientific evidence both of the problem, as well as potential pathways towards environmental sustainability. In an increasingly digital world, it is critical that climate mitigation pathways are able to leverage digital innovations and advanced analytical tools to support their implementation and scalability.
For this postdoctoral position, we are looking for a self-motivated researcher with demonstrate experience applying quantitative skills towards policy-relevant science questions. Potential areas of research expertise could include modelling nature-based climate solutions, quantifying links between climate and biodiversity challenges, building digital tools for climate communication, or assessing equitable pathways towards zero-carbon economies.
