Confirm your offer

Your offer is valid for the term to which you have been accepted. Admission cannot be deferred unless otherwise indicated.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into MyConcordia.ca. If you need assistance accessing MyConcordia, call the Helpline at 514-848-2424 ext. 7613 or send an e-mail to portal@concordia.ca. You’ll need to use the Netname and password that you used for your application.
  2. Go to “My Student Centre.”
  3. Under “My Application,” find “View Status.” Click on “Accept or Decline Offer.” 
  4. Pay the admission confirmation deposit*, which is non-refundable but will be applied to your tuition once you register for courses.
    Tip: make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.

* The deposit does not apply to Privatized programs. Check with your program office for details.

Your Admissions Advisor can also answer questions about your offer of admission. His or her name and contact information appears in your offer letter.



Helpful tip

Make sure to remember your Netname and password! You’ll be using them throughout your time at Concordia.
