Group Classes

Join a group training class for fun, social workouts that are available at several levels of fitness & activity.
Group classes at the PERFORM Centre Gym are exercise sessions that target all muscle groups and provide a full-body workout.
- 6-20 participants. Classes may be cancelled if there are less than 5 registrants.
- The classes are open to non-gym members as well.
- Drop-in rate per class:
- Concordia Students (must present student I.D card) $5.00 + tax
- Reduced Rate (Alumni, Staff, Faculty, Senior 65+) $8.00 + tax

Community Walk |
3 hr sessions | 12 weeks | Jan. 14 - Apr. 8 The community walk program is available to people from the community who wish to walk around the track on the gym floor. It only includes walking around the track and no equipment or exercise instruction. This program is overseen by one of our Kinesiology interns. 50+ Gentle Fitness |
1 hr sessions | 10 weeks | Jan. 25 - Apr. 5; No class on March 1 Tone muscles, improve strength and cardio, improve balance, and decrease risk of falls with the use of light weights (very light to light effort).
