Group Classes

Join a group training class for fun, social workouts that are available at several levels of fitness & activity.
Group classes at the PERFORM Centre Gym are exercise sessions that target all muscle groups and provide a full-body workout.
  • 6-20 participants. Classes may be cancelled if there are less than 5 registrants.
  • The classes are open to non-gym members as well.
  • Drop-in rate per class:
    •      Concordia Students (must present student I.D card) $5.00 + tax
    •      Reduced Rate (Alumni, Staff, Faculty, Senior 65+) $8.00 + tax
    •      Public $10.00 + tax

HIIT - A high intensity interval training program designed to challenge your cardiovascular system and have fun. This class is intended for healthy moderately - highly active participants. Mon/Wed. 12:15-12:45 PM. Sept 12 – Dec 8. No class on October 10. (max 16)
