Kyle Matthews attended the Transatlantic Dialogue on the Responsibility to Protect, co-organized by MIGS and The Hague Institute for Global Justice. Kyle recorded two interviews:  1)Responsibility to Protect: mobilizing political will, and 2) “R2P in Libya, why not in Syria?”.The next dialogue is planned for 3 December in Ottawa, Canada.
