February 2019: Spaceteam ESL is in the news! The Conversation published a news article about the game and its effects of reducing students' speaking anxiety. It was then republished in The National Post and in The Gazette.

January 29th, 2019: Find out more about the use of Spaceteam ESL, a tool developed by CSLP researchers David Waddington and Walcir Cardoso, in this article by Concordia News. 

October 23rd, 2017: We will soon be launching Astronautes FLS (Français Langue Seconde), our latest language learning game. Like Spaceteam ESL​, Astronautes is an adaptation of Spaceteam, the incredibly fun and absurd interactive shouting game by Henry Smith. The difference with Astronautes is that instead of learning English, you learn French. We'll be having a launch party at Gameplayspace on November 9th from 6-8 PM, and if you are interested in attending (there will be free food and drink), please visit this Eventbrite link and sign up and get full details.

June 7th, 2016: Spaceteam ESL has reached the milestone of 100,000 downloads across all platforms! Looking forward to the   release of the new version that will enhance Android compatibility and give teachers the power to make their own wordlists.
