HEALTH MATTERS
September 3 – October 17, 2019
Back to school is the ideal time
to adopt healthy habits.
From September 3 -12, 4TH SPACE invited visitors to unwind with a ping-pong game, take a free yoga class, or pick-up an instrument and join a music-making workshop. While there, they could do some meditative colouring in our zen den, enjoy the company of a dog, and discover the many mental, physical, and spiritual services offered by Concordia’s community.
From September 17 to October 17, the “Health Matters” research stemming from our many labs, the PERFORM Centre, and student initiatives were engaged with. From prevention and new technologies, to education and arts-based therapies, researchers across Concordia’s faculties are invested in innovative approaches to help us live healthier lives. Get inspired!
