Part Time Lecturer
Mr. Sanjay Patel is a hard working individual recognized for his time management, critical thinking skills and ability to build and lead a team. He excels at problem solving and has demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills in high-pressure work environments.
He started his career working at Deloitte in the Assurance practice where he worked on auditing both public and private entities. There he developed competencies in financial reporting and technical accounting, and has demonstrated success in leading audit & assurance teams trough numerous engagements.
He then further developed his operational and strategic proficiency by joining the US consulting department at Richter Consulting Inc. There he specialized in corporate restructuring, helping equity sponsors and levered lenders with major strategic and operational decision making.
Sanjay currently works at Goalcast as the Head of Finance & Operations. He is responsible for the oversight of the Finance department, leads Company wide Operational projects & initiatives and contributes significantly to the strategic direction of the Company.
Sanjay is a licensed CPA auditor. He has a Bachelor of Accounting, and a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Professional Accountancy, both from Concordia University. He is also currently teaching part-time for both the undergrad & CPA graduate programs at Concordia.
