Adobe CLP and Microsoft VL software

Certain Adobe software is available to purchase under the educational Adobe CLP (Cumulative Licensing Program) as a perpetual license.The pricing is a one-time purchase price with no other associated costs. Visit the documentation section of this page for a list of commonly ordered Adobe software.

Adobe Creative Suite software is exclusively available on the Adobe Creative Cloud. To learn more about the Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) offered on campus, visit the Adobe Creative Cloud service catalogue page.

Microsoft software can be acquired individually at a greatly reduced cost as part of Concordia's Microsoft VL (Volume License) subscription.  Given the steep academic discounts, this software should not be purchased from retail stores outside Concordia. Active faculty and staff. Students are ineligible.

How much does it cost?

Prices for each software change at the first of every month and fluctuate depending on the US dollar. Consult the documentation section of this page for cost details.

How to get it

  • To place an order for software, create a webreq and submit it to Purchasing Services. For detailed instructions on how to create a webreq for Adobe and Microsoft software, consult the Create a Webreq instruction sheet in the documentation section of this page. 
  • To request a quote for Adobe, Microsoft, or any other software not listed above, fill out the standard webform and provide the following information:
    1. The software for which a quote is required - if the quote is for Adobe software, specify if it is a Creative Cloud license or not
    2. Netname and computer name of each user receiving the license.
    3. License quantity
    4. Operating system (PC or Mac)
    5. Office location for all users receiving the software
