About the trainer

Experienced, passionate, innovative. The Digital Innovation in Aerospace’s faculty members are leaders in the field.


Danielle Nguyen is a certified Master Black Belt and experienced Plant Director that has led four world-class manufacturing plants. She has a deep passion for Lean Six Sigma, Leadership as well as serving others. Danielle is an experienced and international trainer that has delivered Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt trainings to over 500 professionals across the globe.

Danielle is highly effective in changing an organization’s culture, by engaging, empowering people and behaviors through leadership skills. She has an outstanding track record in turning plants around, achieving ambitious financial results and increasing efficiencies. She has deployed Lean Six Sigma programs across sites while ensuring a safe environment and engaging people.

Danielle is an industrial engineer from Concordia University who takes pride in her alma mater and is on her 6th year as a returning guest lecturer at the Gina Cody School. She also obtained a certification in Leadership Excellence from Harvard Business Review. Her professional experience in world-class organizations such as L’Oréal, Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Montebello Packaging, Coca-Cola Company and Conagra Brands has led her to share her knowledge with the community.
